Review

The highlights were the meals, the Re-Take That show the beautiful grounds on the shore of the Solent. Yarmouth is a 20 mile stroll away along the road or the coastal path. Warner’s no children holidays are a good break and we met manny returners to this resort. Lots of activities available, although strangely some not used by the visitors. We had the cosy cinema to ourselves! Prebook for free your table in the “ballroom”, which should be renamed, The Venue or where it’s at.

For the future I think Warner’s need to consider their next generation of visitors. We are in our mud 60s and found the resident band although good stuck in a time warp. We enjoy current music mixed with a little nostalgia both venues were performing the same era of music 50/60s yet Take That are 90s to current. Although we did miss the Karaoke slot. A music club type room with small dance floor with a range/ different types of music each night using a DJ. You could have modern pop, indie, rock dance
Perhaps use the Cinema to show music CDs of concerts by Coldplay, Oasis Ed Sheeran etc.
It’s a shame the prices are a bit high for us to visit as often as we would like so have signed up to their last minute offers. Overall a great weekend.

My wife and I have visited Norton Grange many times as well as other Warners.
We went with friends and as always we enjoyed ourselves, the service in the restaurant was excellent, many thanks to Attila our waiter and the food was good with a great selection to chose from.
We had a premier chalet which was clean and comfortable and I imagine it had recently been decorated. The gardens were really good, a lot of work has gone on since our visit last year, compliments to the gardening staff.
The only thing we were not too impressed with were the singers in the bar. The man who also played the guitar was fine but I am afraid the others were not so good, tending to shout rather than sing. The volume was also too loud making it difficult to have a conversation and with nowhere else to sit you just have to put up with it and shout at each other.
Will we visit again, most certainly.

We stayed for a 4 night break at the latter part of Sept. We stayed in a Signature chalet which was a long way from main building. The chalet was well presented and comfortable. We were very lucky with the weather as it would have been a major problem in the wet and wind. The grounds were very pleasant and well looked after. The main building contains the Reception, lounge, restaurant and entertainment venues. Seating in the restaurant was good and food and service really good. We had picked our area for the entertainment but it was a bad choice as we could see little of the stage. We ended sitting in the lounge area each evening along with many others being entertained there which to be fair we enjoyed. The situation of the main building overlooking the water across to Lymington was fabulous in the sun. Would we return, yes if we could be sure of the weather and then only if we could pick a chalet a lot closer to main building. The car park was large but quite a way from chalets and main building.
