Just spent a four night break at Norton Grange and it was very good. We had a premier chalet which although a little tired was lovely. A downside was a shower over the bath and we would have preferred a walk in unit. Also the extremely heavy duvets are a problem especially in the height of summer. We requested a top sheet which was helpful. The coffee shop lunch was excellent as was the service, bar, entertainment and the food was some of the best we've had at any Warners. All in all great. Highly recommended.
Just returned from a 4 day break at Norton Grange I can't speak highly enough of the hotel.Frist the staff both friendly and professional thought out the whole of hotel next the ground really lovely and well kept with lots of flowers but at night it came alive with a magnificent show of lights next the Entertainment 1st.class each night with something for everyone and now the food one could not wish for a better choice the menu was different each sitting with again something to suit everyone well served and and poping hot,all in all a lovely holiday we will be going back.
