As fresh as the sea air outside is how we like to describe our Garden suites. They’re sleek and contemporary with a hint of a nautical theme giving a nod to their prime coastal location. There’s plenty of social space, too, with a separate bedroom and lounge and a landscaped patio you can call your own. Allocated parking and all the benefits of our Signature Experience are the icing on the cake.
We stayed at Norton Grange for 4 nights, our second visit to this hotel. We have previously visited Warners Bembridge Coast Hotel and Warners Sinah Warren.
We had a standard chalet which although fairly basic was very clean, warm and comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities, en suite with bath and shower. Plenty of nice hot water at all times.
The only downside was that our chalet was right at the back, Downend block and it was on a slight slope to reach it. I suffer with heart problem so was very puffed out by time I reached chalet. I would request a nearer block next time.
The food was absolutely first class, the best of all the Warner hotels we have visited. A very good selection at both breakfast and dinner, well cooked, plentiful and beautifully presented
The gardens are magnificent and a credit to the grounds staff. A lovely aviary with some very well cared for birds happily flying around. Lots of pretty, quirky features to look at in the gardens. I loved the little house and cottage garden. The wood burner in there was a real surprise. You could sit in the armchair and study the books provided and while away an hour.
The swimming pool was fine although it would have been nice if the bubble pool had been a jacuzzi like Sinah Warren. Perhaps something to consider Norton Grange?
The evening entertainment was marvellous not least the show performed by the entertainment team on the last night. An energetic and talented team they gave us a spectacular show which was very professional. I really loved the Take That tribute!
Overall, I think that Norton Grange has to be my favourite Warner.
Fantasic food, brakfast and dinner, lots of choice and beautifully cooked. We were in a large coach party, but staff catered excellently. Cannot praise it enoughBreakfast include very fresh fruit to start, mains included fish, eggs benedict, eggs royale and full English.
We have just returned from a weeks holiday at Norton Grange and as usual it was good. The receptionists were fantastic, helpful and cheerful at all times. The maintenance staff were brilliant at fixing our lock problem. The waiting staff, bar staff, coffee shop staff and gift shop staff all friendly
