Warners have achieved a magnificent job to make their guests safe. Check - in is not before 3pm allowing sufficient time for stripping out and restocking the accommodation plus the definite and clearly visible cleaning regime. Social distancing and 1 way signs are everywhere along with hand sanitizers. Check in for meal table allocation and again social distancing between tables, all meals are served (no buffet). Food was to the normal high standard and plenty of choice. Entertainment was all inside in the evening now, with waiter service to your seats.
We were somewhat nervous before arrival but were soon relaxed with the staff at Warners fulled briefed trained adhering to the Covid 19 guidelines.
We had a great few days at Norton Grange. It was not easy to book online on the website and had to do it by phone , we were not happy to be charged more than the website price! We booked the break mainly because of the Neil Diamond tribute and were not disappointed, Wayne Denton was great. The staff were managing restrictions because of COVID very well. The pool was restricted to 6 people but this was not a problem as there were never more than 2 others when we went. We joined in lots of activities, which were more limited than usual but fun. The food was lovely. The staff were great. We enjoyed our stay and would go again.
